You only need an account for the Cloud DICOM Bank (storing and sharing studies online). The local viewer never asks you to sign in.
Right after, you'll be offered to set a password — this is optional (you can always use a magic link), but it lets you sign in faster next time.
Once you've set a password, just enter your email and passwordat /cloud. Forgot it? Use “Forgot password?”to get a reset link by email. You can also set or change your password anytime from the cloud home (Set / change password).
Your session is remembered on the device, so you usually won't need to sign in again. Signing in on a new device shows the same library. Use Sign outin the top bar to end the session.
Coming soon — one-tap Google sign-in will be added alongside email sign-in.
Every account sees only its own studies, usage and shares — enforced in the database with row-level security (your data is keyed to your user id), not just in the interface. One person's upload is never visible to another account.
Once signed in, the cloud home shows your current plan and your usage vs. your limits (studies stored and space used). New accounts start on the free plan; see Plans & pricing.
From the cloud home, Manage subscription brings everything together: change plan (upgrade or downgrade anytime), cancel (you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for) and view your payment history (PIX and card in one place). On Enterprise you can also buy more space there — with PIX or card in Brazil, or card elsewhere.
You can also delete your account. Deletion has a 30-day grace period: within it, just sign back in to recover everything; after 30 days, your account and studies are permanently erased.
We use your email only to sign you in and for essential account messages. Your studies are kept private to your account (see how images are kept private). The cloud bank is separate from donations and from the local viewer.
